Sellers’ Success Specialist FBE As Sellers’ Success Specialist FBE, you will contribute to the development and scaling of the Fulfillment by eMAG (FBE) service by identifying growth opportunities, improving key processes, and enhancing the overall seller experience. In this role, you will lead operational initiatives that increase adoption and program impact, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to support seller engagement and retention efforts.What you’ll have to do:Leads growth-driven initiatives, to improve seller experience and increase FBE program adoption and retention;Uses seller behavior data and performance metrics to shape and run high-impact campaigns that accelerate FBE adoption and visibility;Gathers and synthesizes seller and market feedback into clear, actionable improvement proposals;Performs in-depth data analysis to support and refine growth initiatives within the FBE program;Translates insights into clear, persuasive arguments used to engage sellers and drive adoption decisions;Partners with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to improve seller onboarding, engagement, and long-term successContributes to the development of playbooks, tools, and scalable processes that enable consistent growthActs as the internal voice of the seller, advocating for changes that enhance program satisfaction and loyaltyWhat makes you a good fit:You bring 3–5 years of experience in strategic growth, customer success, or product-related roles—ideally within e-commerce or marketplace environments;You are data-driven, with solid Excel/SQL skills and confidence working across dashboards and product tools to turn performance insights into action;You combine a customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen, consistently transforming seller feedback into scalable program improvements;You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are motivated by building things that deliver real business impact;You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;You take a proactive, hands-on approach to managing projects and stakeholder alignment, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver impact;What we’ve prepared for you:Medical subscription: Medicover, MedLife or Regina Maria.
