The project controller will be a key player in improving controlling tools for both internal and external reporting of cost. The goal is to increase the standardisation of cost reporting.
You will be part of the Rig & Offshore Marine department with 75 colleagues working locally and globally on the projects in our division. Your Tasks And ResponsibilitiesThe job of the Project Controller is to manage and control all financial transactions across the different disciplines within the allocated department(s) and during projects, to have the financial overview of the project and be able to communicate this to both project management and management. This applies to all phases of the project.
Your Tasks Will Include But Are Not Limited ToControlling and review of tendering material prepared by the bid team and project managersReview of contract and PO from Clients - understand the aspects affecting the projects economics Controlling of actuals, budgets, forecast and variationsControl and verify the project costs through all phases of a project - in close cooperation with project manager, construction manager and discipline leadsDaily to weekly reporting of finances to project manager, i. e.
, cash flow, hours spent, procurement, or used cost compared to budget Your Qualifications And SkillsYou have a systematic and analytical approach to your tasks which supports you to meet deadlines.
