Company DescriptionNabou Crossroad Taxi Service is a newly established taxi base servicing the Wainibokasi , Wainibokasi hospital and surrounding districts including Nakelo, Nuku, Tokatoka, Buretu, Bau, Kaba and the Rewa delta. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Taxi Dispatcher located in Wainibokasi. The Taxi Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, coordinating with customers, managing customer service inquiries, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, and maintaining accurate records. The dispatcher will also monitor driver locations and status updates, manage route optimization, and handle any emergency situations or unforeseen changes in schedules.
