The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:Driving product design-win achievements and maximizing profit margins.Collaborating closely with headquarters to align South-East Asia and global market/customer requirements.Localizing and executing pricing strategies in alignment with the product line team.Supporting Go-to-Market (G2M) initiatives at the product level with product management.Defining and proposing new products to meet industrial and automotive market demands, both domestic and international.Initiating and leading innovative projects to deliver measurable business outcomes.Coordinating internal and external teams to secure global design wins.Delivering product training to customers and distributors.Building and developing ecosystem partnerships to promote growth in key and emerging products/applications.Your ProfileYou are well-suited for this position if you have:A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Automotive Engineering (preferred).An existing customer base including traders, distributors, and factories (preferred).5+ years of experience in industrial and automotive applications involving diodes, MOSFETs, BMS, DCDC converters, memory cards, etc.At least 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.System knowledge or hands-on experience with motor drives and e-fuse solutions (a plus).Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across South-East Asia, China, and other global regions.Strong project management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to craft and communicate compelling business narratives.An entrepreneurial, self-driven spirit.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.A collaborative attitude, working closely with sales, FAE, and HQ product teams to achieve shared goals.
