(Sen/Mid) Frontend Developer - Angular focused (f/m/w)

IBM iX – Experience the Human Factor.We are looking for a skilled Mid to Senior Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks and Angular frame, to join our team to drive the development and implementation of innovative web applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams – including designers and backend engineers – to deliver a seamless user experience and guide the team in adopting best practices in modern frontend development. We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours per week) – ideally in Varaždin/Zagreb/Osijek and partially home-office (3d per week).Your tasksYou develop innovative and complex Web Applications based on AngularYou work within interdisciplinary, agile teams with experts for User Experience, User Interface, Backend, and TestingYou develop state-of-the-art user interfaces with reference to browser support and performanceYou actively educate colleagues (especially junior ones) and teams on a technical and organisational levelYou know how to receive and give feedback and are willing to review codeYou delegate tasks, set and support team goals, respect deadlines, and also take on assignmentsYou drive the adoption of best practices in Angular development, including component reusability, state management, and testingYour skillsYou can demonstrate at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the usage of AngularYou have strong HTML and CSS/SCSS knowledge (e.g., semantic, accessibility, cascade, modular styles, Atomic Design, BEM, Pattern Lab)You are proficient in TypeScript and RxJSYou have experience in writing Unit testsYou know that clean code is not just a phrase and follow best practices in software designYou have good decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingYou apply modern Angular features such as Signals for state management and reactive UI developmentYou can communicate and present clearly and openly on English (German is a plus), both with internal and external stakeholdersYou are autonomous, a team player, and eager to learn and further develop yourselfYour perspectiveProfessional Growth We offer various opportunities for personal development through our internal academy and “design yourself” programs, including in-house coaching and mentoring.
