What We’re Looking For We’re after a skilled aluminium fabricator who:  Has excellent fabrication and engineering skillsIs confident with MIG and TIG welding, especially in aluminiumIdeally has boat building experience (but we can teach the boat part)Can read plans, think critically, and solve problems on the floorWorks well as part of a team – no egos, just good buggers who get it doneAttitude Counts: Continuous Improvement is KeyWe’ve adopted Lean Made Simple thinking through our Senator Improvement Programme (SIP).
