Job Description

Position Title: Project Manager (2 openings)Location: Lafayette, LA (hybrid)Position Status: Long-term ContractPosition Description: The Project Coordinator will provide support across the IT organization on cross functional initiatives. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities: Facilitate and coordinate cross functional projects, including security assessments. Assist in work intake, ppm maintenance, and coordination for the Operational Excellence team. Monitor and maintain centralized IT PMO repository (to include but not limited to project documentation, processes, templates, communications, status updates, etc.

)Assist with vendor onboarding process for designated Major ProjectsAdministration of the IT Project Portfolio Management tool. Monthly internal audits around IT PMO Managed Projects. Assist in development and delivery of project financial reports. Management of small projects assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Education: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated understanding of project management conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to produce status updates and reports on a predefined basisSolid organizational skills and ability to multi-taskProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of project management toolsStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills to ensure adequate, efficient and timely delivery of projects in a matrix team environmentMaintain quality standards while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentDisplayed dedication to ensure successful completion of critical and highly visible deliverablesAbility to quickly problem solveCustomer-focused mindsetAwareness of related Project Management software toolsProficient in Microsoft OfficeEducation: Associate's degree (A. A.

) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
