Job DescriptionUser Onboarding & Activation Optimization: Design, test, and improve the user journey from signup to successful first-time use. Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience to maximize conversion rates.Product Development and Growth: Analyze user data and behavior to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute A/B tests, product initiatives, and growth campaigns.User Reactivation: Develop and implement strategies and product features to re-engage inactive users and reduce churn.Data Analysis: Use data to drive product decisions. Monitor key growth KPIs, analyze the effectiveness of new features, and make necessary adjustments.Cross-functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal product delivery.Job RequirementAt least 3 years of experience in Product Management, with a preference for a growth-focused product environment.Specific experience in optimizing the user onboarding, user activation, and user reactivation process.Strong data analysis skills and experience with analytical tools.Deep understanding of testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
