As part of their commercial expansion, they’re hiring Senior Account Executives to lead complex, high-value sales into the DACH market. If you’ve got a proven track record in closing B2B SaaS deals and want to step into a role with clear growth, strong leadership, and a best-in-class product - please read on.💼 What you’ll doOwn the full sales cycle for new business across the DACH region (Germany and Austria are key)Focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts, with support from BDRs and marketingDrive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders — especially CFOs and finance leadsConduct deep discovery, position multi-product solutions, and lead complex deal navigationCollaborate with pre-sales and internal enablement teams to create customised pitchesConsistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets✅ What we’re looking forFluent German and strong English5+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS salesProven track record of hitting and exceeding high-value targetsExperience selling complex software solutions to senior stakeholdersComfortable with deal sizes around €200k+ and sales cycles of ~3 monthsConfident, polished communicator who thrives in cross-functional settingsHigh business acumen, especially in relation to finance or accounting software💡 Nice to haveBackground in finance, economics, or businessExperience selling CPM, FP&A, ERP, or accounting toolsFamiliar with Salesforce and structured sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN)🚀 What makes this excitingIndustry leader in the DACH financial software spaceUncapped commission with real earning potentialModern tools and structured sales enablementHigh visibility with strong leadership and career progressionA chance to shape sales in a scaling company backed by PE investmentCollaborative, international culture with no egos
