In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building pipeline, orchestrating the entire sales cycle, closing deals, and growing revenue with both new and existing clients. By effectively nurturing relationships, qualifying leads, and closing deals, you will drive our organization forward and establishing Samsung SDS Caidentia as the leading procurement solution for direct procurements.Your task:As a (Senior) Account Executive Europe (m(f/x), you’ll be engaging with multiple stakeholders across various departments and levels identifying pain points to develop comprehensive account development plansBy establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and providing proactive thought leadership you are bridging client vision and our solution’s capabilitiesYou will lead consultative engagements, define value-based use cases, and showcase how Samsung SDS Caidentia redefines procurement`s role in orchestrating direct procurement processes from early in the product lifecycle.TasksKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Role & ResponsibilitiesDrive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing deals within the SaaS spaceIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesConduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersConsistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotasMaintain accurate pipeline forecasts and documentation using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retentionStay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapeRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:Essential -5 years of B2B SaaS sales experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud technologiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholdersProficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platformsSelf-starter with a high level of initiative and driveUncompromised will to succeed (never give-up attitude)Service minded personalityGood communications and documentation skillsAbility to work in an international and multi-cultural environmentWorking level English/German language skills (verbal & written)Preferred Experience (Bonus):Experience selling to manufacturing customers in the DACH marketFamiliarity with pain points of direct procurement organizations (discrete manufacturing in particular)Familiarity with SRM Solutions (P2P, S2C, Supplier Management)Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)Experience with working in start-upsBenefitsBenefits:Competitive base salary + commission30.5 days holiday per year (by full-time / pro rata for part-time )Remote work flexibility or hybrid office modelVWL monthly in the amount of up to € 25Gym membership of up to €25 per monthFurther training & development: renowned online courses - job-related -> can also be used for your personal development after you have passed your probationary periodSummer & winter (Christmas) partiesLaptop & mobile phone (job-related)To work for one of the coolest brands of the worldHave we sparked your interest?
