We combine top-tier financial expertise, technology, and relentless execution to help CFOs and founders unlock growth capital they didn’t know they had.We’re expanding our national sales team — and we’re looking for high-performing Senior Account Executives ready to dominate their territory and grow with a company on the rise.Role SummaryAs a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own a defined regional territory and lead the full sales cycle for FinTitan’s R&D tax credit services. You’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers — CFOs, controllers, tax directors, and business owners — and close six-figure engagements that deliver immediate ROI.This role is for top-tier hunters who love winning and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and play a key role in shaping FinTitan’s market presence.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a territory plan to source, engage, and close companies eligible for R&D tax credits (e.g., manufacturing, software, biotech, architecture, engineering).Manage the complete sales cycle — from cold outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.Build deep relationships with financial and operational decision-makers across your region.Partner with internal technical and tax teams to deliver strong client outcomes and referrals.Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).Represent FinTitan at regional industry events, webinars, and conferences to build pipelines.Consistently hit or exceed sales targets, driving both personal and company growth.Work with external partners such as accountants, PE firms, and other referral sources to generate pipeline and opportunities. What You Bring7+ years of B2B sales experience (financial services, tax credits, fintech, or professional services preferred).Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100K+ average deal size).Consultative selling skills with the ability to quantify financial impact and ROI.Strong executive presence and communication skills — comfortable selling to CFOs and CEOs.Entrepreneurial, competitive, and motivated by performance.CRM proficiency and strong pipeline discipline.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced credential a plus.What We Offer$250K+ OTE with a competitive base and uncapped commissions.Regional territory ownership — no internal competition or cross-selling conflicts.Rapid advancement opportunities as FinTitan scales.Entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture where success is rewarded directly.Collaborative environment with expert tax, finance, and marketing teams supporting your success.
