We go beyond standard infrastructure offerings, supporting our customers with a 24/7 live-operations team and tailoring solutions, truly becoming an extension of our customers’ business operations.Why your role mattersAs our Senior Account Executive – Gaming, your primary focus will be on closing deals with leading game publishers, studios, and esports organizations worldwide. Your ability to guide opportunities from initial contact to signed contract will be critical to expanding i3D.net’s presence in the gaming industry. You will use your deep industry relationships and sales acumen to win new business with high-value clients and play an essential role in growing our portfolio of key accounts.This role is all about driving sales, closing new business, and building strategic partnerships with new clients. Your industry network, commercial drive, and skill in finalizing deals will be pivotal to your success.Key ResponsibilitiesClose new business: Lead the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing contracts, with game publishers, studios, and esports organizations. Drive revenue growth: Consistently deliver on new business targets by securing high-value, strategic wins for i3D.net. Leverage your network: Activate your established relationships in the gaming industry to open doors and create new sales opportunities. Own the negotiation: Guide commercial negotiations through to signature, ensuring value for both i3D.net and our clients. Build long-term partnerships: Position i3D.net as a trusted partner, driving repeat business and long-lasting client relationships. Collaborate internally: Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and successful handover to delivery and support teams after deals are closed. Forecast and report: Maintain clear pipeline records, track progress in HubSpot, and provide accurate forecasts based on closing activity. What success looks like in the first yearYou have closed significant new deals with leading game studios, publishers, or esports organizations. i3D.net has established new, strategic gaming accounts that cite your expertise and network as critical to their decision. Your ongoing deal closings have directly contributed to substantial new business revenue. You have shaped the company's outbound sales approach through your knowledge, commercial insights, and network. About YouProven closer: 3–6 years in B2B sales, with a demonstrated record of closing large, complex deals in gaming. Industry-connected: Strong, active network in the gaming industry, with direct relationships at publishers or studios. Sales-driven: Passionate about winning new clients and consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets. Negotiation expert: Adept at leading proposals and closing new business, navigating complex commercial discussions to a successful close. Relationship builder: Known for credibility and trust, able to quickly develop strong client rapport at all levels. Operationally strong: Experienced with CRMs (HubSpot or similar), managing pipelines, and reporting on progress. Collaborative: Able to partner internally to ensure a seamless client experience from deal close through delivery. Language skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish) are a plus. Location: This position can be based at any i3D.net office in Pasadena, Montreal or Rotterdam.
