Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Senior Account Executive to join KINESSO as a member of our Paid Media team!You will handle some of the biggest clients in Greece as well as other international markets, driving crucial marketing and business outcomes for them.As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting clients’ needs and provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, an understanding of overall business strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment while delivering quality results on-time.This role reports to the Account Strategist. You’ll collaborate closely with your peers at KINESSO as well as across the Mediabrands organization, to effectively execute various growth initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and maintain paid search, paid social and native advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets between units and client teams, as well as budget management.Monitor the goals and KPI’s for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and on-budget complete delivery of campaigns.Analyze and report data on a daily / weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis.Use research tools to develop profile of target audiences with view into their social/online behaviors, media consumption, etc.Drive client growth through data-driven and qualitative recommendations.Generate performance reports and dashboards on Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools.Prepare and present client performance reviews.Identify up-/cross-selling opportunities to existing portfolio and participate in business development efforts.Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience of minimum 3 years in Google Ads, Social Media and other digital advertising platforms.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or similar area.Experience in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.​Excel in project management with an ability to manage several deadlines across multiple stakeholders.Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dive in on challenging, complex problems with no clear solutions.Exceptional client-facing skills – understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships.Numerical and analytical – works with figures, pivot tables, charts and formulas at ease.Effective communicator at all levels and confident presenter to executive-level audiences.Superior time management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail is essential.Enthusiastic, curious and self-motivated individual, setting and following high standards.Proactive, and takes ownership of work.Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dive in on challenging, complex problems with no clear solutions.Clear verbal and written communication skills, in professional Greek and English.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryMonthly financial benefits (supermarket expenses)Participation in company health insurance planTop-notch hardware equipment and suite of collaboration softwareAccess to a rich training and development databaseExposure to an international network of colleaguesCareer development opportunitiesFlexibility to work from homeAbout UsKINESSO is the technology-driven performance marketing agency that sits at the very heart of IPG Mediabrands, providing actionable growth for both our agency partners and clients.
