Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for IT solutions across various industries.Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers and stakeholders.Understand clients’ business challenges and translate them into appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with solution architects or pre-sales teams.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful project handover to delivery teams.Work closely with internal departments — including technical, delivery, and marketingMeet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.Report sales forecasts, pipeline status, and key account updates to management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT solution sales, account management, or enterprise sales.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP, managed services, or digital transformation.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.
