Enterprise Account ExecutiveThe RoleYou will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise prospects and customers across secondary care and large healthcare organisations. Your focus is to win new multi-year SaaS contracts, expand existing deployments, and build long-term, executive-level relationships. You will work closely with Product, Clinical, Customer Success and Partnerships to shape deals that deliver measurable value for customers and sustainable growth for Lyrebird.About UsLyrebird Health is an AI-driven ambient scribe and clinical documentation platform. We help hospitals and health systems reduce administrative burden, speed up documentation, and improve care quality by turning real clinical conversations into accurate notes that flow into the EPR and other downstream systems. We already work with leading NHS Trusts and international hospital groups.What You'll DoOwn the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contracts, for large NHS Trusts, ICSs, and hospital groups (including private healthcare organisations)Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound activity, inbound leads, partners, and marketing campaignsLead discovery with clinical, operational, digital, and finance stakeholders to understand workflows, current costs, and target outcomesShape solution proposals that align Lyrebird capabilities with customer objectives, including clinical efficiency, cost reduction, and workforce transformationRun clear, structured sales processes, including value cases, business cases, pilots, reference calls, and executive presentationsNavigate complex procurement and governance in healthcare, including RFPs, IT and information governance reviews, cyber requirements, and data privacy complianceWork with partners and resellers where needed to coordinate joint pursuit plans, commercial models, and local supportBuild multi-level relationships in each account with CIOs, CCIOs, CNIOs, CMOs, COOs, and clinical championsAccurately forecast opportunities, ARR, and deal stages in the CRM, and report on risks and next stepsWork with Customer Success to ensure smooth handover from sale to implementation, and to identify expansion opportunitiesFeed customer feedback and market insights into Product and GTM teams to influence roadmap, pricing, and positioningRepresent Lyrebird at events, demos, and executive briefings as a credible, consultative voice for ambient clinical AIWhat You'll BringStrong track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with consistent achievement of quotas and multi-year contract winsExperience selling into healthcare providers, ideally NHS Trusts, ICSs, or large hospital groupsConfident managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with decision-makers across clinical, digital, and finance teamsSkilled in discovery, value selling, and building business cases with clear ROI and paybackComfortable with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar (formal or informal)Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to lead C-level meetings and also dive into detail with technical and clinical teamsOrganised and disciplined in pipeline management, follow-up, and documentation in CRMCurious about AI, clinical workflows, and digital health, and able to translate technical capabilities into practical, clinician-focused outcomesBonus Points If You HaveExperience with NHS procurement routes, frameworks, and contractingExperience selling clinical documentation, speech recognition, EPR, PAS, or related health techExisting network with NHS digital leaders, clinical leaders, and transformation teamsExperience working in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission aligned to meaningful, achievable targetsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge clinical AI with real impact on clinicians and patientsHigh autonomy and trust — you will shape your territory, approach, and account strategySupportive cross-functional team across Product, Clinical, Engineering, and Customer SuccessFlexible, remote-friendly working environment with periodic in-person team daysWho This Role SuitsThis role suits someone who wants ownership of high-value deals, prefers consultative selling, and enjoys working with smart, mission-driven teams.
