We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior Account Manager, Leisure Sales to strengthen our customer connections and drive growth in Frankfurt, Germany.In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and growing key customer relationships, ensuring Qatar Airways remains a trusted and preferred partner. You’ll develop and implement consistent strategies for both local and multinational clients. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue, minimizing cost of sale, and driving long-term value, through collaborative sales and marketing initiatives, you’ll elevate the quality and volume of revenue generated through our partners while streamlining distribution processes.Main dutiesSpecific AccountabilitiesBuild and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive loyalty and sustained growth.Prepare account development plan to achieve short, medium, and long-term mutual benefitsSupport the design and execution of sales strategies that unlock revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale, and encourage channel optimization.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio.Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects within your area of responsibility.Deliver timely market intelligence and insights from customers and competitors to inform strategy.Represent QR at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarization visits.Maximize sales opportunity/opportunities through value added partners i.e. Tourism Bodies, Hotels, alliance and codeshare partners.QualificationsAbout You – What We’re Looking ForStrong ability to identify and act on market trendsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in customer-facing sales roles and track record of profitable revenue growthProven experience in Airline Key Account Management, Sales and MarketingYou must be legally authorized to work in the European Union.
