About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager (Influencer/ Social & Advocacy Marketing) to lead and execute influencer marketing & brand advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with brands, influencers, social, and brand advocates to build impactful campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.If you are passionate about building relationships, managing high-impact campaigns, and driving advocacy strategies, this role is for you!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Influencer & Advocacy Strategy DevelopmentDevelop, execute, and optimize influencer, social & advocacy marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.Identify key influencer tiers (nano, micro, macro, KOLs) & brand advocates to drive engagement.Lead the creation of brand ambassador programs and word-of-mouth initiatives.2. Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution.Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, influencers, and advocacy partners.Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to ensure high-quality deliverables.3. Campaign Execution & Performance ManagementOversee end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer selection, content planning, and performance tracking.Manage campaign budgets, contracts, and negotiations with influencers & brand advocates.Analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize based on insights.4. Industry Trends & InnovationStay updated on emerging trends in influencer marketing, brand advocacy, and social commerce.Leverage new tools & platforms (TikTok Creator Marketplace, Meta Collabs, etc.) to enhance influencer collaborations.Propose creative & data-driven influencer activations to maximize campaign impact.REQUIREMENT:Experience & Skills4 - 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Advocacy, Account ManagementStrong understanding of social media platforms.
