Role Introduction:A Senior Account Manager has a vital role in a variety of tasks that lead to the smooth running and effective delivery of our clients’ campaigns. Key Job Responsibilities:Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring that processes are efficient and deliverables meet client expectations.Ensure project timelines and deadlines are met, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and quality service.Monitor and uphold the quality of all agency outputs, ensuring deliverables align with client goals and maintain agency standards.Support the Account Director in strategic development, contributing insights to create effective and impactful advertising solutions.Prepare and present monthly competitive analyses, budget reviews, and progress updates to senior agency personnel and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.Actively contribute to the strategic planning process, helping shape campaign direction to meet both client and agency objectives.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, balancing both operational and strategic aspects to ensure seamless account management.Provide strategic insights to identify and develop new business growth opportunities, supporting the agency’s expansion efforts.Administer office operations in line with organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth functioning.Desired Skills & ExperienceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5-6years’ experience in client servicing, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Manager role within an agency environment, ideally within the Middle East.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media and project management tools.Skills:Strong understanding of the production process with the ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.Familiarity with the advertising development process and agency protocols for strategy development.Proficient in budget management and billing procedures, ensuring campaigns are financially viable and optimized.Excellent creative judgment with persuasive skills to effectively present ideas and strategies to clients.High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables.Strong communication skills to foster team collaboration and build client rapport.Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional planning, organization, and coordination skills, enabling efficient management of multiple projects.About THE NETWORK Communication GroupTHE NETWORK Communication Group was formed to host the group’s diverse communication disciplines and provides holistic, assimilated communications and marketing solutions through four distinct entities namely, AGA-ADK (advertising and marketing), Pencell (Public Relations & Event management), Equation Media (Media Planning & Buying) and Wetpaint (Digital solutions).
