Join our Happeners!Job DescriptionMISSION:Be a key contact for Credit Insurance and Services solutions between clients, brokers and Coface internal functions, responsible for renewing portfolio of accounts.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage strategic relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance and providing product/service informationResolve client issues and complaints, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutionsHandle contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and derogation requests as neededExecute and improve commercial team processes, providing input to management for developmentPrepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholdersAttract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products/servicesQualificationsUniversity degree in Business Studies or related field with 5+ years' experience in business development/account management, preferably in financial/insurance industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken EnglishBroad understanding of key markets, their conditions, and competitor specificsStrong analytical and presentation skills, able to convey complex commercial situations to managementProficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital toolsAdditional InformationFlexible workplace with hybrid work optionsOpportunities to learn - budget every year for training, languages platform, e-learning platform, dedicated development programCareer opportunities: to build your career (both locally and internationally) in a large global company, one of the world leaders in its fieldCompetitive and stable monthly remunerationRegular and interesting team building activitiesExciting Employee BenefitsEngaging high performance work culture
