They deliver large-scale print, POSM, packaging, OOH, and promotional marketing solutions through an integrated network of creative, production, and procurement experts.The team connects creativity with operational excellence — helping brands streamline their marketing supply chain while maintaining quality, consistency, and speed to market.About the RoleThe Account Manager serves as the main contact between the client and internal production teams, overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing materials and below-the-line activations.You’ll manage multiple markets and stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day client communication and project tracking across markets.Manage production deliverables including POSM, OOH, print, packaging, and premiums.Coordinate supplier briefings, cost estimates, and production schedules.Ensure quality control, brand compliance, and timely delivery of assets.Partner with internal creative, procurement, and logistics teams to deliver seamless project execution.Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Support financial management — quotations, POs, invoicing, and reconciliations.Skills & Experience3–6 years of experience in marketing production, brand activation, or print management (agency or supplier-side).Strong understanding of POSM, OOH, print, or premiums workflows.Proven project-management and client-servicing experience.Excellent coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in English and the local market language.Cultural AttributesCollaborative: Works effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Courageous: Takes ownership and proactively solves problems.Authentic: Communicates transparently and builds trust.Purpose-Driven: Strives for quality and impact in every project.Why JoinOpportunity to work with global brands and large-scale regional campaigns.Exposure to cross-market projects in a highly collaborative, international environment.Growth path toward Senior Account Manager or Production Lead roles.
