Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Business Account Manager to oversee key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the smooth execution of projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in media, film production, or agency environments, and a strong understanding of regional market dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for clients, including marketing and marcom heads.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnership and satisfaction.Collaborate with production and client teams to develop campaigns that meet client objectives and budgets.Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and budgets to clients confidently and persuasively.Liaise between clients, creative teams, production houses, and directors to ensure seamless communication.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.Prepare client reports, presentations, and post-project evaluations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets.Travel between Dubai and Saudi Arabia as needed for client meetings, shoots, and business development.Required Skills & AttributesProven experience in the media, film, or creative agency environment.Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Experience in or exposure to Saudi Arabia’s media and agency landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.Strategic thinker with a creative approach to client needs.High level of professionalism, accountability, and client service orientation.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications.4–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business development within a production or creative agency.Strong understanding of the end-to-end production process - from pre-production through post.
