Senior Account Manager – E-commerce Operations

Position: Senior Account Manager – E-commerce OperationsType: Full-time, Remote (40 hours/week)About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee our multi-channel e-commerce operations, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy and Wayfair. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketplace accounts, ensuring account health, and driving performance across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain account health across all marketplaces.Track and improve Hazmat parent listings, customer feedback, reviews, and ratings.Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reports for listings, stock status, and sales performance.Coordinate with internal teams for listing updates, promotions, and visual content accuracy.Oversee preparation and uploading of SDS and instruction manuals.Monitor cost & price analysis, discounts, promotions, and coupon setup.Manage marketplace content, brand tracking (USPTO – TPE), and advertising campaigns.Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies, including hazmat regulations and international shipment coordination.Lead a small team responsible for listing updates, health monitoring, and data reporting.Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to management.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).Excellent understanding of e-commerce logic, algorithms, and SAAS platforms.Fluent in English – written and verbal.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Strong leadership ability to delegate and manage sub-tasks within the team.Experience with Hazmat listings and product compliance is a plus.Additional Information:Flexible working hours, but availability during Turkey evening hours (1–2 hours) is required.Strong communication in English preferred.Candidates with proven experience in managing Amazon, Walmart, and eBay accounts will be prioritized.Applications via LinkedIn, or optionally via email to hr@fmt.llcAsana and Microsoft Teams proficiency required.Weekly reporting mandatory.Application Process: Submit your CV through LinkedIn.
