ARABIC SPEAKER ONLYRole– Senior Account Manager ( Banking Clients handling Experience Must ) Type: Full-timeCompany: CNS (Computer Network Systems)Experience Required - 8+ yearsOverview: CNS specializes in IT services for banking, insurance, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and more, with a presence in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman, and Kuwait.Role Highlights:Strategic account management, business development, and long-term client relationship building across Dubai and Northern Emirates.Develop account plans, manage sales pipelines, and forecast revenue.Lead solution selling and contract negotiations in collaboration with pre-sales and solution architects.Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage escalations with internal teams.Partner with PMO, finance, and collections to ensure project execution and timely billing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s (required) or Master's (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.5+ years (minimum) in account management, client relations, or sales (7+ years desired).Expertise in IT services, solution selling, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and managing global accounts.Strong communication, client management, and cross-functional team leadership, with experience handling SLAs and contracts.
