Senior Accountant & Compliance Officer

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate sector to join our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting - you'll be a strategic partner in financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence. If you're passionate about numbers, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to make a real impact, this is your chance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate and timely financial records in line with UAE accounting standards and legal requirements.Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to support executive decision‑making.Oversee daily transaction reconciliations, including accounts payable and receivable.Payroll & Expense ManagementManage payroll processing with full compliance to WPS regulations.Handle employee reimbursements while ensuring adherence to internal controls.Track departmental budgets and recommend cost‑efficiency improvements.Taxation & Regulatory ComplianceLead VAT filings and tax return submissions in accordance with UAE tax laws.Stay updated on Dubai’s financial and real estate regulations and integrate changes into company policies.Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during audits and reviews.Banking & Cash Flow ManagementPerform regular bank reconciliations and maintain clear visibility of cash flow.Ensure financial liquidity through proactive monitoring and forecasting.Strategic Financial CollaborationWork closely with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.Provide insights and guidance on investments, new ventures, and expansion initiatives.AML & Compliance LeadershipDevelop and implement AML policies, procedures, and internal controls.Establish and operationalize the AML & Compliance function in line with international best practices.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance training sessions.Monitor and escalate suspicious transactions as per regulatory requirements.Act as the primary liaison with compliance authorities and internal stakeholders.RequirementsExperience:* 2+ years in Dubai Real Estate (mandatory)Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in CommerceLanguages: Turkish and Arabic preferred; English is mandatoryWe offer: Compensation + Visa + Medical Insurance
