Senior Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in audit, accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting. This role requires proficiency in preparing monthly ageing reports, conducting financial analysis, and managing amortization and depreciation schedules. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management and compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.Prepare and review monthly ageing reports, ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly.Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and reporting requirements.Manage amortization and depreciation schedules in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all financial statements and records are accurate and complete.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper financial controls and procedures.Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of accounting best practices.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, CMA) preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, including audit, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including amortization and depreciation.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Proficiency in either Oracle, SAP or Odoo.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
