With a successful online presence, 40+ stores around the world, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000+ retail and branded stores, we can’t wait to take this journey to the next level – with you!Your Role At Waterdrop®As an Accountant (m/f/d), you will be based at our vibrant headquarters in Vienna, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.Oversee, approve, and record all incoming invoices with precisionManage the correct posting and reconciliation of outgoing invoices, including dunning and open items managementHandle ongoing bank postings and review cash receiptsSupport the preparation of monthly reportingsAssist with Austrian and international tax and VAT mattersDrive process improvements, automation, and digitization within the finance teamYour Strengths And QualificationsAt least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, either at a tax consultancy firm or within a commercial companyEducational background in finance, accounting, or business administration:A completed commercial education (ideally HAK) and a certified accountant qualification, ORA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in FinanceStrong BMD NTCS skills (financial accounting) and a solid understanding of ExcelFluent English skills (spoken & written), German is a plusA precise and reliable work ethic with a keen eye for detailA team player with a hands-on attitude, eager to grow in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer YouA high-achieving, international community of waterdrop colleagues, located in a brand-new HQ in Vienna, AustriaFlexible work location (remote days possible)MyClubs sports vouchers, to have a sporty balanceIn-house fitness centreIn-house company doctorIn-house restaurant with subsidized healthy meals, for a break with your colleaguesDiscount on your waterdrop purchasesLegendary summer and Christmas parties!The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60.000 gross per year on a full-time basis.
