Senior Accountant (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION: As Senior Accountant (f/m/d) at Parloa, your mission is to build scalable, efficient, and compliant accounting processes that support our rapid global growth from our Berlin HQ (or remote in Germany with quarterly to travel to Berlin). You’ll drive key initiatives across technical accounting, reporting, and systems—ensuring we meet the highest standards under IFRS/US GAAP. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to transform our finance operations into a ai driven world-class function.  IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Design and implement scalable accounting policies and internal controls in line with IFRS/US GAAPBuild systems and reports to streamline the month-end close processPrepare, review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and schedulesSupport audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit requestsAnalyze monthly variances and explain business driversCollaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams to solve process issues and drive improvementsPartner with the Accounting Manager on ad hoc projects and general corporate accounting matters WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Degree in Accounting or a similar field4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in tech or public/private accountingDeep knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and technical accountingStrong analytical skills and experience developing efficient, scalable processesDetail-oriented, independent, and proactive in a fast-paced environmentProficient with NetSuiteFamiliarity with intercompany transactions, consolidation and foreign currency translationExperience with internal and external financial reporting, including audit support (preferred)WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Join a diverse team of 40+ nationalities with flat hierarchies and a collaborative company culture.
