This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in an environment that values teamwork, collaboration, accuracy, international exposure and continuous professional development.Key Responsibilities• Prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records.• Support and manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.• Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports, analysis and Financial Statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards as well as Company and Group policies.• Monitor, reconcile and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timely processing.• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.• Process invoices, payments and employee expense reports efficiently and accurately.• Maintain internal controls and support continuous improvement of accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable accounting and auditing standards.• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required.• Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by management.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.• Experience in Excel and accounting software.• Experience in SAP Business One will be considered an advantage.• ACCA or ACA qualification will be considered an advantage.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Greek and English.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time-management skills.• High level of accuracy, reliability and professionalism.• High ethical and professional standards.Working HoursMonday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm with one hour lunch break.Benefits• 13th salary, annual performance bonus and annual salary increases.• 22 days paid annual leave and 14 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave.• Provident fund and healthcare insurance upon completion of 6-month probation.• Modern and technologically advanced working facilities.• Competitive salary and benefits package.How to ApplyIf you are interested in joining a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential, please send your CV and cover letter to hr@firepro.com.
