Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.Your ImpactYou will ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax (VAT, CIT) regulations and internal accounting regulations and policies.You will be based in Poznan and will be part of our finance group.You will ensure that management accounting is carried out according to firm standards.You will be engaged in balance sheet reconciliation.You will participate in tax returns preparation (VAT, CIT) together with other teams in the firm.You will ensure that reports required by Polish regulations are prepared and submitted on time (including NBP, GUS)You will coordinate Year End closure activities including Financial Statement preparation and CIT calculation and cooperate on this topic with other teams like the legal Corporate Tax Team.Your Qualifications and SkillsUniversity degree, preferably in Finance6+ years of Finance and Accounting (including Financial Statement preparation) experience with knowledge of taxes (e.g. CIT, VAT) and related processes in a professional service environmentGood verbal and written language skills both in Polish and English (B2/C1 - CEFR* or equivalent)Solid MS Office skills (Excel and Word)Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsDistinct quality mindset and attention to detailWillingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundariesExcellent communication skills to tailor messages over the phone or via email, both in Polish and English
