Lead client files, provide technical expertise in Canadian and international standards, supervise junior staff, and deliver hands-on business advice.Key Duties:Lead audit, review, and compilation assignmentsPrepare and review corporate, personal, and trust tax returns with CanTaxOversee client bookkeeping and financial reporting using QuickBooks OnlineEnsure compliance with ASPE, IFRS, ASNFPO, and current tax lawsMentor junior accountants and act as main client contactAdvise on cash flow, budgeting, and practice improvementsRequirements:CPA designation (or nearing completion)3+ years public practice experienceProficient in CanTax, QuickBooks Online, CaseWare, Excel, WordKnowledge of Canadian accounting standards and IFRSStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate professionally in English, Cantonese and MandarinThe Offer:Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000/year Performance bonusHealth spending accountCareer growth opportunitiesIf you meet the above requirements and are excited to grow with a team that values connection, expertise and client support, we encourage you to apply.
