The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial advice. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will mentor junior staff and support business development activities. Qualifications Strong financial accounting and financial analysis skillsExperience in tax preparation and complianceProficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingStrong understanding of superannuation and business mentoringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in using accounting software, particularly XeroBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or CA qualification preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in business development and client relationship management
