We’re looking for professionals who enjoy tackling challenges, generating ideas, taking initiative, improving systems, and helping drive our success forward.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple companies operating across the northern suburbs of Athens.Perform daily reconciliations.Prepare invoices and purchase orders as needed.Process invoices, receipts, and payments.Handle payroll processing.Assist in preparing documentation for annual financial statements, income tax filings, and VAT returns.Support forecasting and budgeting activities.Prepare various ad hoc management reports.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Support HR activities, including interviewing and hiring for multiple companies.Manage communication and transactions with banks and customers.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.High attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Pay range: €1.500,00 - €2.000,00 per month
