Senior Accountant Based in Luxembourg, near the airportRedbridge Recruitment is helping a leading American Private Equity Asset management firm with several offices in the world.They are raising a new fund and will need an experienced SPV Accountant. You will deal with the U.S a lot so your English must be more than perfect.You will report to the Head of Office. You will work in a team of 4 people; the plan is to move to the city and grow the team so this is the perfect time to join.Your responsibilities: (it will discussed in more details during the interview process).Responsible for the day-to-day management and accounting of the unregulated SPV companies forming part of the Private Equity Funds.Manage your portfolio of unregulated SPVs and ensure the highest standards of corporate governance are maintained for the holding companies.Carry out holding companies’ bookkeeping using the software BOB.Prepare and review the companies’ financial statementsCoordinate preparation of holding companies’ direct tax returns and VAT returns with local tax advisors, review tax returns.Prepare BCL reporting, CRS/FATCA reporting.Your profile:At least 5 years of experience acquired in a similar accounting role, on SPV’s, preferably in an asset manager.ACCA qualification is a great plus.Strong experience working on SPV, Real Estate and Private Equity funds.Impeccable level in English is required.Good knowledge of Lux GAAP accounting.Benefits:Pension planHealth insurance20% bonusFitnessParking placeLunch vouchers26 days holidays
