Our game-changing loyalty solutions have also garnered numerous awards, solidifying our reputation as a leader in the sector.Job OpportunitiesJob Title: Senior AccountantDepartment: Finance, Accounting & TaxWorking Arrangement: On-siteInformation About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial records across the company and its subsidiaries. This position involves overseeing complex accounting activities, preparing consolidated financial reports, managing audits, and supporting the Accounting Manager in ensuring that all financial operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.Key ResponsibilityExecute and manage month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of all Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and eliminations.Prepare and summarize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow) for management review.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable management insights.Serve as the main contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and complete submission of required data and documentation.Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.Support process improvements, system enhancements, and ad-hoc financial analyses.RequirementMinimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally within a group or consolidated reporting environment.Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is strongly preferred.Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and accounting systems (preferably Xero).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why You'll Love Working Here?Growth Opportunities: We support your learning and development aspirations, both within and outside our organization, aiming to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit in our team.Unique Work Environment: Experience the unique blend of a mission-driven digital company with the innovative mindset of a start-up, enriched by our presence since 2012.Engagement Department: Get involved to refresh your mind with exciting activities outside the work to do.Celebrate With Us: We love to celebrate work anniversaries and birthdaysWe promote vertical and lateral movement.
