Senior Accountant (Weaving)

Mô tả công việcMonitor the progress of material import–export and fabric delivery for subcontracted orders.Handle procedures related to material receipt and subcontracting (price negotiation, contract preparation, cost settlement, debt monitoring, and fabric/yarn quality control).Review and control payment documents for all departmental expenses; prepare payment records.Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange weaving machines, fabric lots, and handle leftover fabric orders.Trace yarn sources by order and provide information to related departments.Coordinate with production workshops to finalize order settlements.Prepare fabric and yarn analysis reports, control costs, calculate revenue, and generate profit/KPI reports for the department.Collaborate with other departments to resolve arising operational issues.Support the Strategic Planning Department in building standard costing for orders.Develop inventory plans, participate in and supervise periodic inventory checks.Calculate actual costs for special orders and propose appropriate pricing methods for customer quotations.Manage the production accounting team and handle issues arising during the production process.Provide advice to the department on cost control, pricing, and order profitability.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general accounting or manufacturing accounting.Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Fox, WFX, ERP).Strong skills in data analysis, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, accuracy, and creativity.Basic English communication ability.Honest, patient, adaptable, able to work under high pressure, decisive, and fair-minded.
