Headquartered in the U.S. with teams across EMEA, we are on a mission to redefine how commerce and media converge.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to take ownership of our financial operations. This role will be responsible for managing invoices, accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with both Turkish and U.S. accounting standards.You will work closely with our executive and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy, manage reporting, and support investor relations.QualificationsManage all day-to-day accounting operations (invoicing, payments, receivables, expense tracking),Oversee and maintain books in compliance with Turkish regulations (and U.S. GAAP if possible),Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports,Manage vendor and client billing, collections, and reconciliations,Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions,Support budget planning, cost tracking, and cash flow management,Ensure tax filings and financial documentation are complete and accurate,Implement process improvements and maintain internal financial controls.QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of professional accounting experience,Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting and tax regulations,Familiarity with U.S. accounting (GAAP) is a strong plus,Experience in technology, SaaS, or startup environments preferred,Excellent command of English (written and spoken),Proficiency in accounting software and Excel,Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in remote work environments.Why Join GoWit?Work with a global, fast-scaling tech company transforming Retail Media,Remote-first culture with flexible working hours,Collaborative and innovative team environment,Opportunity to shape financial systems and contribute to international growth,If you are passionate about accounting excellence, international standards, and the dynamic world of technology — we’d love to meet you.
