Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.Our Finance Department are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join the team.What you will be doingEntering supplier invoices into accounting software, ensuring accurate coding and obtaining appropriate authorizationPerform 3-way checks on associate invoices and preparing self-bill invoices for umbrella companiesPayment processing in accounting software and banking portalsMonth-end processes and reconciliationsOther ad-hoc tasks as required incl. ability to identify and work on process improvementsPayables mailbox management; including answering queries and following up on approvalsPerforming bank reconciliations on a daily basis; Clearing debit balancesYour Skills And ExperiencePrior experience working in an Accounts Payable function at least 2 years.Exposure to processing invoices in different currencies and entities; experience in payment runs, bank reconciliations, debit balances, bank portals.Keen to collaborate with others, knowing that the best results come from pooling ideas, experience, and expertise.Focused on problem-solving – able to recognize how issues and challenges have come about, offer solutions to resolve the problem.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change; working with multiple deadlines.Knowledge of time and expenses systems and debt collection is preferrable.Experience in the use of MS Excel and MS Office and an accounting package (Capture, Dimensions and Concur expenses, experience in these would be an advantage).Experience in the use of ERP systems.Good customer services attitude with a strong attention to detail.Shared Mailbox management.What a career at Baringa will give youPutting People First.BenefitsBaringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
