Step into the world of innovation today!Role Description*Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, office operations, and facilities coordination.*Must have previous experience in the Software or IT industry.*Proven experience in vendor/supplier management and procurement documentation.*Strong understanding of purchasing cycles, SLAs, and internal control procedures.*Knowledge of architectural and office finishes, including basic understanding of fit-out materials, office layouts, and maintenance standards.*V. Good command of English (written and verbal).*Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google sheets.*Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.*Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with high accuracy.*Knowledge of office maintenance coordination and building/facility management.*Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.*Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.0–4 years of experience in administration and/or purchasing.Basic knowledge of procurement processes and office administration.Good communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
