Job DescriptionTe Haeata/The OpportunityWe are looking for an exceptional individual to provide high-quality administrative and business support to the National Service Delivery Operations Support team, the Manager Operations Support and the broader National Service Delivery team.Your key responsibilities in this role will be, but not limited to:Management and triaging of multiple inboxesManaging correspondence, including that of a highly confidential natureCoordination of work programme and supporting regular reportingContribute to wider process improvementsCoordination of documentation for meetingsProvide secretariat support to internal committeesDiary management, including scheduling internal and external meetingsŌ Pūkenga/Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you will have:Proven experience in a dynamic administrative roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of the MS Office suiteExcellent time management and attention to detailConfidence in working with all levels of managementExperience working in a flexible environment where you are required to respond to changing needs and prioritiesIf you are someone that thrives on a challenge this is an excellent opportunity.Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe salary range for this role is between $59,729 and $80,794, with the likely appointing salary between $59,729 and $76,043, based on skills and experience.Tono Mai/How To ApplyTo apply, click the Apply button below to be directed to our Careers Website.
