Fulltime permanent position available Located in Wellington We're offering a competitive salary starting from $57,096 to $62,773.00Mō te tūnga | About the roleJoin our High and Complex Needs (HCN) Interagency Unit, where we collaborate with multiple government sectors and non-government agencies to develop effective and individualised solutions for tamariki and rangatahi with high and complex needs.We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our HCN team. To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to learn quickly and be flexible and resilient, and most importantly, be a team player.The purpose of the senior administrator role is the coordination and provision of quality administration services administrative support to the HCN Leadership Team, HCN board and HCN staff.Reporting to the Manager HCN, this role ensures the smooth functioning of the HCN Unit by: Delivering reliable administrative services, including meetings management, travel coordination, invoices, and correspondence. Administering and supporting the HCN invoicing and payments system. Maintaining systems for information client information tracking, reporting, and quality assurance. Acting as a central point of contact for internal and cross-sector HCN enquiries. Maintaining systems for tracking information that can be used for quality monitoring and reporting against key performance indicators and the operation of HCN high and complex needs services.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringCustomer service is essential to this role, so you'll bring a positive customer attitude, approachable style, and strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have solid organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and be creative to achieve tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
