Our shared values are core to our culture and are reflected in everything we do, as set out in The Gallagher Way.About the role:We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Senior Life & Health Adviser to join our dynamic team based in Takapuna (Auckland) in January 2026.In this role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and businesses to provide expert advice on life and health insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Your goal will be to empower clients with the confidence and security to face life’s uncertainties.While you will be responsible for managing an existing book of clients the role will be focused on developing new business through providing trusted advice to clients and partnering with our internal and the external network to promote our Life & Health offerings.An attractive package is on offer to the right team player who has the skills and the attitude to succeed.How You'll Make An ImpactDeliver expert advice and products to our clientsService renewals, new business, alterations and endorsementsManage and resolve client enquiries (cover queries, policy amendments)Partner with the claims team to manage the claims processProvide clients with timely and accurate updates on insurance claimsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and brand loyalty existsConvert leads into new business opportunitiesSkills and Experience:5+ years industry experienceThe ability to build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and team membersResults driven with the ability to convert leads into new businessCommitted work ethic with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressureMust have a certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5)How to apply:We know you’ll really enjoy being part of our professional, close-knit team.
