THE ROLEThe Senior Advisor will work within the Information Technology Services Branch and will report into the Portfolio Manager (Housing). The role works across Housing portfolio to provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders and respond to their ICT needs by socialising potential technology innovations. In addition, the Senior Advisor uses various online tools to support their day-to-day responsibilities. As a customer advocate, they will be outcome focussed for the delivery of innovative digital solutions with an agile and user centred approach to realise a great user experience.Accountabilities IncludeUndertake the identification, analysis and review of stakeholder needs to determine the most appropriate solution and strategies to minimise impacts.Maintains knowledge of multiple business functions and initiatives to identify where conflict / synergies exist between technologies and business functions, incorporating an Enterprise Architecture approach.
