Hello!Sataku is a Rich Media advertising network that was founded 12 years ago. We're a team of 90 people and we operate in several European markets. In Poland, we've been the largest Rich Media advertising network for years. We regularly work with the biggest brands in the world.According to Deloitte, we're among the 50 fastest-growing tech companies in Central Europe, and according to the Financial Times, we're in the top 1000 across Europe.Our pride and joy is a foundation we established 13 years ago, which runs two major campaigns: KarmimyPsiaki.pl (we support homeless dogs) and Hakersi.pl (we teach programming to children from foster homes).Check out the Sataku showreel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKJrZD672CQNow, we're looking for a Senior Agency Account Manager.How can you grow with us?We're currently building a team in Romania, and if you're capable and have aspirations to be a leader, we'll build the team around you.You'll participate in training sessions. For example, sometimes we do internal case studies on communication strategies and explain step-by-step how they were created. Other times, we have specific media-related training or sessions on niche topics. We want our team to have a deep understanding of the advertising market and to stay up-to-date.If you have something interesting to say and would like to write for industry magazines, we'd be happy to facilitate that for you.We have many people on our team who have developed in various, non-standard directions and are doing great. We aren't a corporation and we never limit ourselves to rigid frameworks. We simply look for skilled people because with them, you can do remarkable things.What will you specifically be doing?Actively selling SATAKU's Rich Media formats to media agencies.Servicing selected media agencies and their clients.Building valuable and genuine relationships with Media Planners.Conducting sales presentations and preparing offers and price quotes.Collaborating with the implementation and Studio departments during the production and launch of campaigns.What you won't experience?Boring routines. First, you won't be proposing dull, standard solutions that everyone else has and having to compete on price. Our campaigns have won many industry awards. Many times, when we first engage with a new client, they tell us they've never created such interactive formats before.Poor creatives. We have a 30-person studio on board (consisting of graphic designers, programmers, and motion designers) and they genuinely do great work. We created 100% of the campaigns you saw in the showreel ourselves.You will definitely not experience a corporate atmosphere or unnecessary procedures.What are we looking for in you?You have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with media agencies in the digital space (a necessary condition).You enjoy working with media planners.You build open and friendly long-term relationships.You care about offering high-quality services that have been valued on the market for years.You're looking for a place where you'll be given a lot of freedom, responsibility, and decision-making power.You have a good command of English, enabling you to communicate freely. It doesn't have to be perfect. Sometimes they're simple get-togethers, and sometimes we go gliding, use a wind tunnel, ride motorboats, etc.What does the recruitment process look like?A short, introductory phone call (approx. 30 min) with Joanna from HR.An hour-long meeting on Google Meet with the manager.A final Google Meet meeting with the manager.A call with the decision/offer.
