We share and have fun together on our continuous learning journey.Join us and multiply the fun and awesomeness of our workplace!Note: This is NOT a Business Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics role.Your Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve a shared understanding of the business vision and project scope (e.g. elevator pitches, product-in-a-box, As-Is / To-Be journeys)Drive discovery through inception workshops and interviews to refine product strategy, vision and unique value propositionManage stakeholder expectations and negotiate on requirements as necessaryCollaborate with cross-functional development teams to help them achieve theproduct vision within timelinesChampioning and guiding others to adopt Agile and other best practices (e.g. INVEST principle, Vertical Slicing, etc.) to create high-quality meaningful solutionsDrive discovery for product strategy, vision, unique value proposition, business case and goals by running inception workshops and interviewsCreate and manage requirement deliverables including epics, user stories, visual models, user flows and wireframesManage the product backlog, including prioritization, estimate facilitation, decomposition, dependency managementSupport the delivery team with product testing and feedback, including the designing of acceptance scenarios and UAT facilitation with client stakeholdersActively contributing to the company with your ideas and passionCreating and maintaining a dynamic and inclusive work environmentBeing flexible and open to feedbackAdopting a positive learning and growth mindset in all areas of your workGenuinely wanting to help change the worldApplication ProcessPre-interview Exercise (Mandatory preliminary round to get a rough gauge on your technical competency)Introductory Call (A session to get to know more about you and your experience on projects)1st technical Interview (A more in-depth look at your technical skills)Assignment (If applicable - Scenario based case studies)2nd technical Interview (A more in-depth look at your technical skills and experiences)Leadership Round (A session to get to know you more on a personal level)For your application to be considered, your resume MUST be submitted in PDF format.For more details, do visit our website!The Qualifications To Be a Maverick Minimum QualificationsAt least 6 years of hands-on experience in Agile software delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP or Lean)Solid knowledge of Agile practices of product design & requirements engineering including, but not limited to epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, INVEST principle, DEEP principle, vertical slicingApplied a customer-centric mindset and techniques (Personas, Value Proposition, CJM, User Journey)Strong problem-solving, communication and negotiation skillsExperience facilitating decision-making among multiple stakeholdersExperience facilitating team meetings and ceremonies (e.g. scrum ceremonies like product backlog grooming, sprint planning and estimation, daily standups, showcases, retros, etc.)Knowledge of hands-on experience in visual modelling (BPMN, UML, Story mapping, mind-mapping)Experience with prototyping (wireframes, sketches & storyboarding)Desirable QualificationsFamiliarity with Jira/Confluence, Axure XP, Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect software or their equivalentsVariety of project experience for various clients and industriesExperience working with large distributed teamsExposure to other areas of the SDLC (e.g. Development, Testing, Deployment, etc.)More about the jobSalary and BenefitsCompetitive salary package (including bonuses)Medical and Dental insurance for you and your dependentsTelecommunications allowanceFinancial and logistical support for Work Visa procurement and relocation (if applicable)Learning and DevelopmentBook and Training allowancesDiverse Career Progression OpportunitiesPersonal Development OpportunitiesWork ArrangementGood work-life balanceOpen office conceptPosition is based in SingaporeDress Code(Generally) Smart-casualFormal with some clientsIf you think you have what it takes to be a Mavericks, contact us now!
