Senior AI Engineer

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Senior AI Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for a world-leading professional services organization that specializes in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services. Your work will involve developing innovative software products for clients in the consumer sector.Responsibilities:Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to design, develop, and implement a multi-agent AI solutionUtilize Python, LangChain, and LangGraph to build and integrate AI models capable of interpreting data frames and structured dataWork with large language models (LLMs) to process and analyze data from SQL databases and CSV or Parquet filesEnsure the AI agents interpret existing data sets, outputs from modeled data, and curated third-party data sets to derive domain-specific insightsDevelop the AI agents to match the skills and responses of functional experts, serving as the reference benchmark for data interpretation and explorationParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure project milestones are metContribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the overall quality of the AI implementationDocument technical specifications, development processes, and project progressRequirements:Proven experience in Python programming, particularly in the context of AI and machine learningStrong proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, and its applications in AI developmentHands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) for data interpretationExperience or familiarity with ReAct agent, multi-agents, RAG (vector DBs, multi-source RAG)Familiarity with handling and processing structured data, including SQL databases and CSV/Parquet filesAbility to work effectively in an agile team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies quicklyDesirable:Previous experience in a similar role within an agile development teamKnowledge of additional AI frameworks and librariesExperience with data visualization tools and techniquesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailOptionally Preferred Skills:Experience with nascent agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGPT, BabyAGI, and other emerging technologies in the industryPersonal skills:Good problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsWhat`s in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
