If you’re excited about turning cutting-edge tech into practical, secure, and scalable features, this might be your kind of challenge.As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll help shape AI into a core capability of the platform—working with LLMs, agent frameworks like MCP and A2A, and building solutions that actually ship.Your responsibilities will include:Design and develop agentic AI use cases by integrating technologies such as LLMs, LangChain, and vector databases into the core software platformApply and extend protocols like MCP and A2A to enable context-rich, multi-agent interactions within enterprise workflowsDeliver production-grade AI solutions that meet SOFICO’s standards for performance, reliability, and securityBuild solutions that respect enterprise constraints by developing guardrails for authentication, data governance, and information securityHelp define SOFICO’s AI development lifecycle, from prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and feedback loopsLead by example in code quality, systems design, and best practices for responsible AI developmentYour skills and interestsCuriosity drives you.
