Job Title: Senior AI Full Stack Developer Location: On-site, Shadman 2, Jail Road, Lahore Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: 100,000 – 200,000 PKR Additional Benefits: Monthly Allowances & Performance BonusesJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Full Stack Developer who can build intelligent systems, integrate AI features, and manage end-to-end development including backend, frontend, and deployment. You will work closely with our product and engineering team to create advanced applications using modern frameworks and AI-powered workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications.Build and integrate AI models (LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG pipelines).Develop APIs and backend architecture to support AI features.Optimize database structures and query performance.Work with frontend frameworks to create interactive UI components.Lead architecture discussions and assist in strategic technical planning.Collaborate with team members across product, design, and data engineering.Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of professional full-stack development experienceStrong proficiency in one or more backend languages:Node.js, Python, or similarSolid experience with modern frontend frameworks:React, Next.js, Svelte, Angular, or similarHands-on experience with AI tools and technologies:OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, ML librariesExperience with relational & non-relational databases:PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.Understanding of DevOps / deployment cycles and cloud environmentsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyPreferred (Plus Points):Experience with microservicesKnowledge of Docker or KubernetesExperience working with real-time dataPast experience working on AI-driven applicationsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (100k–200k based on skill & experience)Additional allowancesGrowth potential within the companyProfessional & friendly working environmentOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products
