With over $1B in ARR, 250,000+ customers, and a global team, we're serious about building a product people love to use and giving our employees the same ownership and flexibility to shape the way the world works.Sidekick is our unified AI assistant that knows your work-projects, docs, emails, meetings, and more-proactively orchestrating and automating tasks.About The RoleAs Senior AI Product Manager for monday Sidekick, you will:Lead the vision and strategyDefine and refine the product vision and roadmap for monday Sidekick as a core pillar of our AI product ecosystem.Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with broader company goals for AI-driven workflow transformation.Drive innovation Own idea generation, experimentation, prototyping, and validation of new features that push the boundaries.Translate market trends and customer insights into product features that deliver exceptional user value.Deliver and scale impactLead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, analytics, GTM) to ship high-quality features with speed and rigor.Define success metrics and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to guide decisions.Collaborate deeply across the orgPartner with other product teams to ensure monday Sidekick integrates seamlessly with Work OS, AI Agents, automations, analytics, and enterprise standards.Work closely with go-to-market and customer success teams to support adoption, feedback loops, and education.RequirementsCore Experience5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI-driven platforms - mustBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable experience - mustA deep understanding of generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, model behavior, and AI UX patterns.You possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you're self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensusSkills That Make You SuccessfulStrong communicator, you can explain complex decisions clearly and influence cross-functional partners.Data-driven thinker, you know how to measure, interpret, and act on product signals.Creative problem-solver, you thrive on ambiguity and tackle hard problems with pragmatic solutions.Nice-to-HaveBackground in no-code/low-code tooling, platform products, developer experience, or AI product ecosystems.Technical background or experience working with data science and machine learning teams.Why This Role MattersAt Monday.com, AI Isn't An Add-on, It's a Foundational Shift In How Software Is Built And How Work Gets Done .
