Join a dynamic team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI and advancing the gaming industry through innovative solutions.Your main responsibilities:Lead and mentor engineering teams in the development of AI-driven gaming solutions.Utilize deep practical experience with AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies to guide design and implementation.Design scalable, high-performance, and secure architectures for AI systems within gaming environments.Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization through deployment and maintenance.Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to AI integration and deployment.Articulate technical vision and provide clear guidance to foster collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.Actively participate in coding, model development, and technical reviews.You're ideal for this role if you have:At least 8 years of professional experience in AI and software engineering leadership.Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, and building applications and POCs.Strong hands-on expertise with Python, AI frameworks, deployment strategies, and system architectures.Extensive experience integrating AI into existing systems, such as chatbots or image evaluation solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills for complex AI technical challenges.Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.It is a strong plus if you have:Experience specifically within the gaming industry.Certifications related to AI or cloud architecture.#GETREADY to meet with us!If you are interested, please apply and attach your CV in English or Polish, including a statement that you agree to our processing and storing of your personal data.You can also send your CV directly to cv-recruitment@itdsportugal.com.
