SENIOR ALM TRADER | REGIONAL FINTECHOur Client is part of a large established Financial Services Holding Group with a sizeable deposit base and growing lending book through its holdings and operations across the region. They hold controlling and strategic stakes in banks, microfinanciers, insurers, fintechs, with a focus towards digitizing products and services to enable swifter market access to the populations resident in Southeast Asia.This is a senior role responsible for managing the bank's balance sheet to optimize liquidity, interest rate risk, and funding costs, executing trades in wholesale money markets, bonds, and derivatives to align the bank’s assets and liabilities with regulatory and internal risk limits, ensuring that the bank maintains profitability while meeting liquidity and capital requirements.Requirements:8-10 years in ALM or Fixed Income Trading.Knowledge and experience trading in FX & Interest Rate Derivatives is a plus.Proven track record in driving year-on-year profits.Excellent risk management experience and strong adherence to central bank regulations.Fintech mindset.We warmly welcome ALM or currency traders at local/regional banks in Singapore to apply.This role is based in Singapore and is only applicable to Singaporeans / Singapore PRs.Resumes to Chong (chong@pan-co.sg) with a LinkedIn invitation to connect.
